Bookings / Winery Visits
Purchase Confirmation
Within 24 (twenty‑four) hours of booking the visit, the Purchaser will receive an email containing the information needed to schedule their visit, including the voucher identification code.
Guided Tours
Guided tours take place at the winery, according to the procedures described on the website.
Once the booking is confirmed, on the scheduled day and time, the Purchaser is expected at the Inama winery in San Bonifacio, Località Biacche 50, 37047, VR.
Tour bookings are subject to availability.
It is not possible to schedule a visit within 48 (forty‑eight) hours following the purchase. Admission is always free for accompanied minors.
Cancellations
Once the guided tour has been scheduled, any changes to the time or inability to attend must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Service Provision
The Provider reserves the right to cancel the visit booking if it is not possible to guarantee the service.
Payment Terms
Payment for the visit is made on site at the end of the tour.

Communications and Complaints
Written communications addressed to the Provider and any complaints will be considered valid only if sent to the following address: Località Biacche 50, 37047, San Bonifacio (VR), or via email to:
inama@inama.wine
The Purchaser shall indicate in the registration form their residence or domicile, telephone number, or email address where they wish to receive communications from the Provider, who may contact them for organizational purposes.
Any management of appointments and attendance will be handled directly with the organizer via email or telephone.
