Regenerative viticulture

The true identity and beauty of a vineyard are revealed when vines sink their roots deep into living soil.

Over the past 20 years, we have completely revolutionized our farming approach with a few key principles. Our goal has always been to produce the best possible grapes by encouraging vines to develop aromatic complexity and intensity.

Since 2009, we have completely eliminated herbicides and chemical fertilizers, restoring the natural balance of the soil.

To preserve the health and longevity of our oldest vines—some planted in the 1960s—we use the Simonit & Sirch pruning method, restructuring lymphatic channels to promote vitality.

Living soils: ancient tilling techniques and new ultra-light tractors prevent compaction, safeguard microbiological activity, and promote the growth of mycorrhizae.

Natural ground cover between vine rows protects the soil, preserves its structure, and enhances fertility.

Biodiversity promotion: we foster a rich ecosystem that attracts beneficial insects, providing natural vineyard protection. This approach, known as Regenerative Agriculture, is fully sustainable and certified by DIVERISTY ARK

Each vineyard is divided into micro-parcels, with detailed soil analysis and vine behavior studies.

Harvest occurs only at ideal physiological ripeness, determined through continuous berry tasting.

Every parcel is hand-harvested, often in multiple passes, according to precise ripening conditions.
