An essential journey into the heart of Soave Classico: philosophy, volcanic soils, cellar and tasting to discover Inama’s identity, between great whites and a touch of Carmenere.
Living wine in its place of origin
Visiting Inama means going beyond tasting and approaching the true essence of wine in its most authentic context: the territory. Our experiences are born from the desire to share a vision shaped over time, grounded in deep respect for nature, attentive listening to the vineyard, and a constant pursuit of excellence. Each visit is a moment of encounter, dialogue, and discovery, designed for those who wish to truly understand what gives a wine its identity.
For three generations, the Inama family has been committed to interpreting two extraordinary and complementary territories of Veneto: Soave Classico, with its ancient volcanic soils and vibrant mineral energy, and the Colli Berici, defined by limestone-rich soils and a strong vocation for red wines. Our experiences guide guests along this journey, revealing the connection between soil, climate, regenerative viticulture, and cellar decisions.
We welcome guests to our San Bonifacio winery, a place where these two territories converge, and where grapes take shape and meticulous vineyard work continues in the cellar. Here, wine becomes a living story, of seasons, people, and daily choices. Visits are led by members of the family or our team, ensuring an authentic, direct experience deeply connected to the reality of Inama.
Each experience is designed to offer a clear and coherent understanding of our project, allowing space for listening, observation, and time. Because to understand wine, one must first experience the place where it is born.
INFORMATIONs
Thanks to Coravin, we are able to serve older vintages or expand the number of wines included in the tasting.
- Older vintage: €10 per glass
- Additional current vintage: €7 per glass
The Coravin system uses a technology that preserves the cork in its original condition, allowing wine to be poured without oxidation. The remaining wine stays intact in the bottle, continuing its natural aging process.
